Licence and activation
Lost your key, changed Mac, or the activation link did not work? Send the email address you bought with and we will sort it.
Gift codes
Every purchase comes with a second copy. If the code is missing from your licence email or will not redeem, tell us and we will look it up.
Something is broken
Dictation not landing, a permission prompt that will not stick, or a transcription that is plain wrong. Include your macOS version and it will be a much faster fix.
